Caring for Casa Bella Casa Bella is a home we pour our hearts into. We ask that you treat it with the same care you would your own. These guidelines exist to ensure every guest arrives to a beautiful well-maintained space. Damage Reporting Within 2 hours of check-in please walk through the property and send photos of any pre-existing damages through the platform message thread. This protects you from being held responsible for anything found before your arrival. Damages discovered after checkout that were not reported within 2 hours will be the responsibility of the departing guest. Checkout Our cleaning team arrives promptly at 10:00 AM to prepare Casa Bella for the next family. Please vacate by 10:00 AM. Departures beyond 10:00 AM incur a $50 fee per 15 minutes as our team cannot begin until the home is clear. Hot Tub Please shower before entering to protect water quality for everyone. Always close the cover after use and leave the temperature at 102. Dry off completely before coming inside. Misuse or failure to shower requiring a drain and refill will result in a $500 fee. Fireplace Gas only — do not burn wood or any other materials. This is a strict safety requirement. A $500 fine applies for violations. Wildlife and Trash We are in active bear country! Bag all trash and place in the outdoor bear-proof bins. Raise the red flag for pickup — collection will not occur without it. Leaving 2 or more bags inside after bins are full incurs an $80 fee. Never leave food outside or in vehicles. Smoking Casa Bella is strictly non-smoking indoors. A $500 deep cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking is found. Plumbing Please flush only toilet paper. No wipes, feminine products, or paper towels. A $200 fee applies if a plumber is required due to improper flushing. General House Rules • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM • No food or drinks in bedrooms • Do not move furniture between rooms • Only registered guests on the property • No parties, events, or illegal substances • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests • Grill and griddle: please clean after use • Host is not responsible for personal items left behind Winter Travel 4WD/AWD or tire chains strongly recommended during snow and ice season. Guests are responsible for being prepared for mountain conditions. No refunds for inability to access the property due to weather. Our Pet Policy — We Love Dogs! We welcome up to 2 dogs under 20 lbs each. A $150 pet fee per pet per stay applies and must be declared prior to arrival. Pet guidelines: • Pets must be declared before arrival — undisclosed pets result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of payment • Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding • Never leave pets unattended inside or outside the home • Pets must be leashed outdoors at all times • No pets in or around the hot tub area • All pet waste must be picked up immediately • Flea treatment must be current before arrival • Aggressive breeds not permitted regardless of weight • Dogs only — no cats or other animals • Pet owners are fully responsible for any damages caused by their pets We love welcoming dogs to Casa Bella!
